Don’t be hard on yourself when you’re overthinking. I do it too. It usually means the mind has been carrying pressure longer than the heart can explain.
Too many questions. Too many what ifs. Too many nights trying to fix tomorrow before today even ends. Maybe you’re not overthinking.
Maybe you’re just tired from being strong for too long.
So rest. Breathe without solving. Pause without guilt. Let the noise pass through instead of fighting it. Because clarity doesn’t arrive when you scratch at every thought.
- It returns when you rebuild your foundation quietly.
Not everything needs an answer tonight. Not everything is falling apart. Some days rest is the work. That’s not weakness.
That’s survival turning into wisdom.
